Chers collègues,

Vous êtes agent contractuel :

	Vous voulez avoir tous la chance de passer un concours interne après 3 ans d'activité;
	Vous voulez avoir une chance raisonnable de le réussir, ce qui suppose un chiffre raisonnable de postes mis à disposition pour ces concours;
	Vous voulez être évalués uniquement sur vos compétences professionnelles et linguistiques;
	Vous voulez que la règle de six ans (règle anti cumul) soit réformée pour mieux répondre à vos attentes et à celles des services;
	Vous voulez que les 12 points de l'appel, signé par 6500 collègues, et à signer encore avant son envoi à Mme Georgieva, se traduisent dans les faits;
	Vous voulez que la position unitaire de l'ensemble des syndicats soit couronnée de succès.

Alors, toutes et tous, venez au rassemblement du Collectif, Lundi 7 décembre, 12h45 précises, loi 8O, salle du CCP, pour soutenir ce qui précède, un jour avant la tenue de la Commission paritaire, réunissant l'administration et les syndicats, qui devra donner son avis sur les concours internes ouverts aux Agents contractuels.

Vous êtes fonctionnaire, soutenez ces revendications, car:

	la fonction publique est menacée par le développement de la précarité;
	les services sont désorganisées par la précarité.

Combattons la maladie de l'indifférence envers les autres – lorsque chacun pense seulement à lui-même et perd la simplicité et la chaleur des rapports humains – en étant présent à côté de nos collègues contractuels.

Subject: Appel du Collectif: voici 750 signatures additionnelles à l'appel transmis hier

Mme la Directrice Générale

Nous vous prions de trouver ci-joint 750 signatures additionnelles à l'appel du Collectif des contractuels, portant le nombre total de signatures à 7000 environ. Ce chiffre est inédit dans l'histoire du mouvement des contractuels et atteste de la représentativité du Collectif, comité d'action qui regroupe fonctionnaires et contractuels, syndiqués ou, pas, depuis 7 ans, sans que ce comité veuille se substituer à l'action essentielle des syndicats.

Parmi les revendications de ce Comité, nous attirons votre attention sur l'une d'entre elles, nouvelle, concernant le souhait de voir révisé la règle anti-cumul dans un sens qui la verrait allongée dans le temps, le sort des END pourrait dans ce cadre rejoindre celui des intérims.

Collectif des Contractuels has the great pleasure to salute and welcome the launching of a new and independent initiative, designed to support the extremely heavy social dialogue on the Contract Agents File.

The founders of this new initiative are all contract agents. All categories of staff are welcome to participate.

The new initiative is willing to attract, in an unprecedented way, the collective intelligence of staff working in ALL European institutions and entities, to improve the working conditions and career perspectives of all non-permanent staff as well as setting up support actions for staff ending their careers in the EU institutions and being left in vulnerable situations, far away from their original countries.

The Forum is open to all categories of staff interested in this fundamental debate on Job Security and Life Long Career Perspective.

A first Web Gathering of Non-Permanent Staff will take place on 14 December – details below.

First Web Gathering of Non-Permanent EU staff

Who is invited?

We expect participants from all over the world, non-permanent staff (Contract Agents , Temporary Agents, Seconded National Experts, Interimaires etc) working for the Commission in Brussels and in EU Delegations/Representations, in Executive and Regulatory Agencies, in the European Parliament, the Council, the JRC, Joint Undertakings etc

Who is inviting?

A newly formed group of non-permanent staff eager to get in contact with you and to establish a new platform for exchange, mutual support and mobilisation independent of other actors.

What will be discussed?

Speakers from all different groups of non-permanent staff will explain their main concerns. Afterwards, we will discuss our short-term and long-term social demands, means of communication and collaboration, mobility and internal job market, mobilisation and lobbying (detailed agenda below).
